Make your experience count at Nelsonville Music Festival this year!
Volunteer at Nelsonville Music Festival in exchange for your ticket to the festival! Work with your friends, request to be scheduled around your favorite performances and in addition to an event pass and a t-shirt, receive a spot to camp and an incredible behind-the-scenes adventure!
There's a few different ways to volunteer:
1. Weekend volunteer: Work 12 hours during the festival weekend (Friday - Sunday) for a weekend pass, camping and a t-shirt. $90 deposit and $10 application fee required.
2. Pre-festival volunteer: Work 12 hours on Wednesday and Thursday and receive your weekend pass, camping and t-shirt without putting down a $90 deposit. $10 application fee still applies. To choose pre-fest volunteering, check the "pre-festival" box on your application and add the words "pre-festival" in the comments section. Make sure to sign your waiver to complete the application process! Your schedule will be posted as soon as it's built. Pre-fest volunteering will only be available until 5/24, or until all spaces are filled.
3. Professional volunteer: Invite your employees to become professional volunteers, serving their community while enjoying live music and getting a taste of this one-of-a-kind festival. For a limited time, volunteers employed by selected businesses will receive priority status, with no deposit required upon registration ($90 for regular volunteers). A $10 application fee will still apply, to cover basic festival expenses. Make sure to select “professional volunteer” on your application, and put “[your business]” in the “Event Reference” section. Bring in the most volunteers and your business gets two free passes to the VIP tent!
4. One-day volunteer: Work 4 hours and receive a 1-day pass to NMF. Select "I will work for a one day pass" on application. $90 deposit NOT required, but $10 application fee still applies. T-shirt provided. Camping for night of volunteering only. Specify which day you'd like to work in the comments section of your application.
5. Two-day volunteer: Work 8 hours and receive two day passes to NMF during the days of service. Select "I will work for two day passes" $90 deposit NOT required, but $10 application fee still applies. T-shirt provided. Camping for night of volunteering only. Specify which days you'd like to work in the comments section of the application.
DON'T FORGET TO SIGN THE WAIVER!!! You're schedule will not be built until the waiver is signed.
SCHEDULES WILL BE FINAL ON SUNDAY, MAY 25TH. SCHEDULE REVISIONS MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING BEFORE 11:59PM EST.
Work Requirement - 12 hours
If you have worked for NMF before, we want you back! Experienced volunteers will receive shift priority, so please indicate your area of expertise on the application form. Volunteer Schedules will be posted as soon as they are built.
You must be 18 years or older to volunteer.
Accommodation - Camping Provided
Volunteers must provide their own camping equipment.
